Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they’ve been placed. Please see our return/exchange instructions if you wish to return or exchange your order after you’ve received it. However, if you’ve made an error that may prevent you from receiving your order, such as giving us an incorrect address, please contact us immediately.

How do I know if my order was received?

After your order is submitted, you’ll be automatically directed to an order confirmation page. You will also receive a confirmation email.

What forms of payment does H Tag Custom accept?

H Tag Custom accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Does Hashtag Custom ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship all domestic orders using United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, which delivers to post office boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.

How long does it take for my order to ship once it is placed?

Please allow up to 5-7 business days to process and ship your order. You’ll receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped. We ship using USPS Priority Mail, which normally arrives at domestic addresses within 2-3 days. Shipping time will depend on your location.

Does Hashtag Custom ship internationally?

At this time, Hashtag Custom does not ship to international addresses.

What is your exchange/return policy?

Returns/Exchanges are easy. We accept unworn products within 30 days of receipt of order. When returning items, please let us know if you want a refund, exchange or credit. To return an item, please complete the Return & Exchanges form. Once we process your form, we’ll send you a link with instructions on how to print a return label. Mail your return in the original package, using the pre-addressed mailing label. We will email confirmation when we receive your return.
